Serving with Metropolitan Ministries
We have signed up to be a part of the miracle on Florida Avenue– serving 24,000 families with 35,000 children in 60 days. Our serving time is Saturday December 13, 2008, 1:45 - 5:00 PM (shift 3). Sister Connie is helping with the sign up sheet, we need to have 12 or more to qualify for the group voluntary work. To donate anything (foods, canned food, or ...), you can either bring them to Metropolitan Ministries themselves, or talk to Connie to see how she wants to coordinate it.
